As the official global partner of the Daegu International Musical Festival (DIMF),

Company Culture
"“筠” (Jun) embodies the resilient spirit of bamboo, while “泽” (Ze) captures the essence of nourishing wetlands where flora symbiotically prosper.
“Cultivate bamboo, and abundance will root” (择竹生，机便盈) constitutes the philosophical bedrock of Zeyun Cultural Paradigm. This doctrine intertwines organic growth principles with opportunity ecosystems, mirroring bamboo’s tenacious ascent through layered industrial stratums.
Subsidiary Label
Za Jin Theater (扎进剧场, pronounced /zaː dʒɪn/ ) is a subsidiary label of GOLD AND GADE STAGES .
The name "Za Jin" originates from the Shanghainese transliteration of 泽筠（GOLD AND GADE STAGES） ,
while playfully evoking the phrase "dive headfirst into the theater" (一头扎进剧场).
TEAM AND FOUNDER
Betty Bong
Founder
A Chinese American born in the 1990s, with Chinese and Western cultural backgrounds.
Executive Producer/Producer of the musical "Flying Apsaras", currently Deputy Director of the Professional Committee of Producers of the China Musical Society.
Graduated from the University of Southern California and the Paris Institute of Political Studies, proficient in integrating Chinese and Western cultures, from "The Book of Songs" to "The Classic of Mountains and Seas", from Tang poetry and Song lyrics to Ming and Qing novels, and even including Chinese architectural culture are all fields of her dedicated research.
As one of the initiators and decision-makers of the entire project of the musical "Flying Apsaras" that won the "Five-One" Project Construction Award of the National Awards, while directly investing and raising funds, she is also responsible for organizing the core team and participating in the production management of the entire project.
This year, the musical "Flying Apsaras" also won the highest award and the Best Actor award at the Korea Daegu Musical Festival.
The musical "Flying Apsaras" project also received strong support from the National Arts Fund at its initial stage.
